Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations, ensure business growth, and lead branch teams across multiple regions. You will be responsible for branch expansion, performance monitoring, and team leadership across a minimum of 5 branches.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction across a minimum of 5 branches.
- Lead, train, and mentor Branch Managers and team members to consistently achieve regional targets.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for loan growth, chits, and fund mobilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor collection performance, portfolio quality, and credit risk across assigned regions.
- Identify business opportunities in high-potential areas and drive market penetration.
- Submit comprehensive performance reports and strategic forecasts to executive management.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of proven experience in NBFC or Banking.
- Hands-on experience handling a minimum of 5 branches.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail lending, NBFC regulations, and branch operations.
- Excellent strategic communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
